Fajita Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice (white or brown)
    3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package.
    Cook and stir meat, vegetables and garlic powder in hot oil in large skillet until browned.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
