Old English Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Sara Lee pound cake (another brand will do)
    1 large can pineapple slices or chunks, drained and cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 large pkg. vanilla pudding (instant, cooked or homemade)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    You can cut calories by using light pound cake, pineapple in own juices, skim milk in pudding and light Cool Whip.
