Pineapple, Luau Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe pineapple
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/3 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Remove leafy top of pineapple and reserve.
    Cut pineapple lengthwise into 8
    wedges.
    Cut
    off
    core
    of each wedge, then slash vertically
    1-inch
    apart
    down
    to but not through skin. Heat butter
    in
    small
    saucepan on grill until melted. Add honey, lime
    juice
    and
    ginger.
    Brush
    cut
    surfaces
    of pineapple with the lime
    juice.
    Place spears on the grill for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and brushing with the lime mixture.
