Broccoli Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 well beaten egg
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix egg, soup and cheese.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Pour 3 cups cracker crumbs over broccoli and soup.
    Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
