Ingredients

3 c. hash browns
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat.
Crumble bacon.
Set aside.
