Mark'S Pasta With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    2 small pepperoncini, crushed, or to taste
    salt to taste (preferably sea salt)
    2 Tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
    2 lb. small zucchini, diced small
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    1 lb. penne pasta
    1/4 lb. cooked ham, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    In large pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Add ham, pepperoncini, salt and parsley.
    Saute over medium heat for a few minutes.
    Add zucchini and cook until zucchini is very limp, stirring frequently.
    Add butter.
