Yogurt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. yogurt (plain/fruit)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well.
    Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Mix or beat until smooth. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 1 small cake.
