Microwave International Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Place in a 2-quart baking dish (browning dish).
    Bake with microwave on Medium 6 to 8 minutes or until completely cooked.
    Turn meatballs over once about halfway through the cooking time.
    Place meatballs in serving dish, reserving drippings for later use.
    Serve meatballs plain or with sauces.
    Makes 25 to 30 meatballs.
