Colorful Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. French-style beans
1 small can English peas
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar (I use 4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low)
3/4 c. salad vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Heat the next 4 ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture; mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
Serves 6.
