Black-Eyed Peas Mexican Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. cooked black-eyed peas
Preparation

Combine onion, garlic and bacon.
Cook until bacon is brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
