Peanut Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. pkg. Hershey's candy Kisses

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Cream oleo, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Shape into balls about 1-inch in diameter. Roll balls in a little sugar and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and press chocolate candy kiss on each.
Return to oven to bake 2 to 5 minutes more or until brown.
