French Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. oil
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together with a wire whip.
    Fry as you would a pancake.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Cool.
    Use whipped cream and top with fresh strawberries or blueberries.
    Arrange the whipped cream on half of the crepe.
    Then top with fresh fruit.
    Then flip the crepe on top of fruit.
