Aunt Betty'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen hash browns, thawed 30 minutes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and put in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
