Apple Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 apples, peeled and sliced
little water
3 Tbsp. sugar
piece of butter size of a walnut
2 eggs
2 c. milk, heated almost to boiling
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients slightly, until apples cook up a little.
Beat eggs and add other ingredients, then add first mixture.
Place in pie crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes more.
