Carol'S Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
6 to 8 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preparation

Combine cornflakes, cheese and spices.
Roll potatoes in melted butter, then in crumbs.
Sprinkle extra crumbs over all. Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High, covered.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
