Low-Fat Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. raisins
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation

Cook raisins in little pineapple juice for 1 minute in microwave.
Combine all other ingredients.
Add raisins.
mix well.
If dry, pour a little orange juice over salad.
Will keep several days in the refrigerator.
