Baked Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add salt to egg whites; beat, gradually adding 1/2 cup sugar, until stiff (meringue).
