Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    single pie crust
    2 c. cooked pumpkin or butternut squash
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Into a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, spices and brown sugar only.
    Whisk until smooth and spices are evenly distributed. Add Eagle Brand milk and eggs; mix well.
    Pour into pie shell and put into oven immediately.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 45 minutes longer.
    Pie will test done with a clean knife as for custards.
    Cool and serve with whipped cream.
