No-Fat Grilled Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, sliced lengthwise about 1/8-inch in width
mixed herbs, ground (dill-basil, parsley-garlic, oregano-garlic, etc.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil or Pam made of olive oil to spray pan
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spread potatoes on prepared pan; sprinkle herb mixture on potatoes.
Bake about 10 minutes and then turn and bake again for 10 minutes.
The thinner the slices, the quicker they bake.
