Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour.
    Add vinegar and eggs.
    Add pecans and raisins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in 2 pie shells for about 10 minutes.
    Then turn to 300\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    To prevent pies from browning too fast, place pan of water on top rack.
