Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine all ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes.
