Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, sliced
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
2 egg yolks
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, flour and egg yolks.
Mix with rhubarb.
Put in an unbaked pastry shell.
Bake until rhubarb is done (approximately 45 minutes).
May top with meringue.
