Stir-Fried Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. calves liver
    1 small onion
    3 to 4 mushrooms
    4 scallions
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice liver thin and mix with cornstarch and crushed garlic. Brown quickly in hot oil.
    Add finely sliced onion and mushrooms. Stir-fry until meat is evenly browned, then add chopped scallions and soy sauce.
    Continue cooking with constant stirring for 6 to 9 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
