Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced (6 c.; do not peel)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Slice squash and chop onion; boil 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix soups, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold in squash and onion.
    Add half of stuffing mix and 1/4 cup of melted oleo.
    Sprinkle rest of stuffing mix on top and pour other 1/4 cup melted oleo over top. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
