Orange Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. whole cranberries
Preparation

Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and soda. Combine egg, orange peel, orange juice and salad oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir well until mixed.
Fold in nuts and berries. Bake in greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches) at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Remove from pan and cool.
Makes 1 loaf.
