Cornbread Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can creamed corn
    8 oz. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 11 x 7 x 2 casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
