Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Measure out 1/2 cup soup.
    Combine with beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
    Shape into meatballs 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Brown in skillet with shortening.
    Blend remaining soup with water.
    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
