Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    2/3 tsp. paprika
    salt, pepper and flour
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken. Mix soy sauce and paprika with buttermilk. Dip chicken in milk mixture, then roll in flour. Put small amount of cooking oil in large baking dish; arrange chicken in single layer, skin side down. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; turn and let other side brown. Thin sour cream with a little milk and pour over top of chicken. Bake 20 minutes more.
