Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
    fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and quarter. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Shake potatoes, a few at a time, in bag to coat well.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Place potatoes in single layer in pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once during baking. When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
