Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread (crust removed), butter one side
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. bulk mild sausage
    1 c. packed grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Make night before.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Lay bread down in dish. Put sausage over, then cheese and pour egg mixture over.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 6 servings.
