Ingredients

1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 large onions
Preparation

Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
Add milk, 2 tablespoons oil and egg.
Beat until smooth.
Cut onions into 1/4-inch slices and separate into rings.
