Pink Arctic Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (6 oz. total) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
9 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Soften cheese.
Blend in mayonnaise and sugar, add fruit and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour in loaf pan.
Freeze until firm.
Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
