Golden Glazed Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
    1/2 c. water
    1 flank steak (about 2 lb.), cut into thin strips
    2 medium green, red or yellow bell peppers, sliced
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In small bowl combine soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
    In bottom of broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture.
    Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice.
    Makes about 8 servings.
