Mary Beth'S Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. small peas
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. sweet relish
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Drain peas; mix with finely chopped onion, green pepper, celery and sweet pickles.
Mix and add sweet relish, hard-boiled eggs (chopped), mayonnaise, mustard and seasoning to taste.
If too dry, add more mayonnaise or sweet relish.
