Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 graham cracker halves
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, add sugar and crushed crackers.
    Mix well.
    Add baking powder, nuts and vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites, beaten stiff. Bake in a lightly greased 6 x 10-inch pan for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or frozen yogurt. Delicious when served warm with ice cream and chocolate sauce (see recipe).
    Serves 6.
