Party Chicken(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
8 slices bacon, cubed and cooked
2 c. grated medium strength Cheddar cheese
1 c. dry vermouth or dry white wine
4 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Cover with cooked, cubed bacon. Scatter grated Cheddar cheese evenly over all.
Pour vermouth or wine over chicken. Top with grated Parmesan and black pepper. Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until chicken is fork-tender.
