Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thin sliced cucumbers
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    1/3 c. thin sliced onions
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Cover the first 3 ingredients with cold water and set overnight.
    Next day, drain and wash.
    Mix the vinegar, sugar and pickling spice together and pour over the cucumbers.
    Keep in refrigerator overnight.
