Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak (1/4 to 1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. green pepper
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut steak into strips about 2 1/2 x 1-inches.
Pound strips to help make tender.
Brush soy sauce on each side of meat, then sprinkle with flour.
Brown steak strips in oil over medium heat. Add green pepper and saute a few minutes.
Add water.
Cover and simmer 35 to 45 minutes until meat is tender.
