Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour and stir in milk.
Add other ingredients.
Stir over low to medium heat until smooth.
Serve over cooked vegetables.
