Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 to 1 lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
Preparation

Saute onion and celery; add potatoes.
In a separate saucepan, combine butter, flour and milk; heat and stir until mixture becomes a thick sauce.
Add to potato mixture.
Add additional milk to desired thickness.
Add fried and crumbled bacon to soup.
