Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. pumpkin (15 oz. can)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together on high.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch non greased baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
