Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    nuts as desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with Cream Cheese Frosting (see below) when cool.
