Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large can creamed corn
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 pod sweet bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) grated cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix corn meal and flour.
    Add buttermilk, oil, eggs and corn. Mix well.
    Stir in peppers, onions and cheese.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
