2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. parsley, coarsely chopped
1/3 c. fresh basil, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. red onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and white pepper to taste
