Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    2 c. ground sausage
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook grits in water with salt for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Brown sausage in a skillet, then drain.
    In a large bowl, combine grits, sausage and all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
