Ingredients

3/4 c. mashed potatoes
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 beaten egg yolks
1 1/4 c. mixed evaporated milk and potato water
4 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Combine flour, potatoes, salt, beaten egg yolks and liquid. Fold in egg whites and bake on greased griddle.
