Spinach Or Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sour cream
    nutmeg
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine vegetables and broth.
    Bring to a boil, uncovered, and simmer 5 minutes or until the vegetables are limp. Melt margarine in large saucepan.
    Stir in flour and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute.
    Gradually blend in milk, then sour cream. Stir in vegetable mixture.
    Heat through; serve in cups.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
