Corny Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spoon into lightly greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
