Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, oil, zucchini, vanilla and nuts.
Bake in greased pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
