Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork chops (1-inch thick)
    salt, pepper and paprika
    2 to 4 Tbsp. water
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    10 whole cloves
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Take a large canned ham, remove top of can.
    Heat in can in oven long enough to melt the gel.
    Pour a bottle of liquid smoke over the ham and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn off oven (do not open door).
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Slice thinly.
